The school leaders and teachers have completed ASCD certifications, face to face training by Pakistan ASCD and International Consultants of Level 1. The school administration has know how of horizontal and vertical collaboration of teachers and the student’s portfolios are maintained to check the thinking school foundation and ASCD whole child tenets. The staff and administration produced authentic admissible evidences of students life long learning and have basic information how the data can be used to identify and overcome the weaknesses. The parents have started noticing change to some extent in their children as thoughtful human beings.
The school leaders and teachers have completed level 2 of professional development by ASCD , Pakistan ASCD and international consultants. The teachers have started bringing advanced differentiated techniques for learning and have command on five principles of constructivism. The school leaders are more facilitators and the staff is supported for collaborative learning. The school administration knows what data is good data and how to rely on data for future decisions. Any new teacher has completed both levels of professional development. Significant evidences are available reflecting Project based learning and parents feel significant difference in their children as thinkers.

The staff members are working as facilitators and students have started working more independently. A variety of evidences are available to very the level 3 of The thinking school in terms students analytical skills and self motivated learning.
The school leaders have completed level 4 certification by ASCD, face to face training by Pakistan ASCD and international consultants. The teachers have started bringing inclusive classrooms based on UbD and have every lesson starts with big idea and essential questions. The School leaders follow the framework of Thinking School for internal evaluations and assessments are altogether aligned with the philosophy of The Thinking School and ASCD whole child.
